Cannot delete files In Teams
If you delete files in a Sharepoint library, Teams still sees the file and will not remove it if you try to delete it. Is there a way to remove the files in Teams if they have been removed in ShareP...

The files on the "Files" tab are the files in the SharePoint document library. Its not synced at all, it is those files.
I can only think it is some sort of caching issue if you are still seeing the files after a refresh. Usually it is instant on a refresh of the Files tab (icon in top right).
