Cannot Change/stuck status from microsoft Teams

My company is having similar issues. My status is set to "In a Call" and am unable to change it to "Available". All other's status shows as "Status Unknown".
AS anyone found a solution to this problem. Still seeing in it 2021 with at least one of our users.
