Cannot access transcript file
Hi, I transcribed several meetings today for which I was the organizer. The Meeting Transcript icon shows up in the chat log, but nothing happens when I click on it.
Strangely, for meetings where I was NOT the organizer today, I am having no trouble opening the transcript.
I have been able to open transcripts from my own meetings in the past. What could be causing this?

- ChristianBergstromSilver ContributorHi, as you can transcribe the policy parameter controlling this is correct so sounds like a service issue. Try signing out and back in again to see if there's any difference. If not I recommend you reaching out to your IT admin to create a support ticket with Microsoft.
