Can view but not downloadable
Hi
I have created a TEAMs channel with my vendor. Create some tabs to upload files. Is it possible (at all) to allow them view only but prevent them from downloading?

Well, what kind of tab are we talking about? For standard SPO stuff, you should be able to use session restrictions: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sharepoint/control-access-from-unmanaged-devices
