Can the time scale be changed in Shift Activities?

Similar to Outlook, Can the time scale be changed in Shifts to other than the default of 15 minutes?  I have a use case ideally suited to scheduling activities on the order of a few minutes.  Any guidance and advice is welcome.  Thanks
