Can not delete messages in a specific team in Microsoft Team

VasilMichev Hi, thank you for your suggestion. Unfortunately, I am not the tech-support of my school, so I can't do that. But does that setting really affect this problem? I thought that "Owner can delete all messages" is a global-wide setting, so as soon as it has been set, it will take effect to every team in our school? Please help me with this question. Thank you very much.

Hi Thomas_Tran

Once the setting is enabled globally all the users will be able to delete the messages in the Microsoft Teams Application. The settings takes around 4-8 hours to come into affect post making the changes.

Thank you very much for your reply. But still, when I enter that team, I cannot see any delete message option. The other teams are fine, only the team that I mentioned here has this problem. Even the owner, she cannot delete her own message in that team, too. Do you have any idea about this? Thank you very much

  This is majorly because the Teams Setting is changes for the particular teams. Can you check and ensure in the following locations Teams Setting to delete the message is correct?
  
  Teams > More Option/Three Dot > Manage Teams > Settings > Member Permission > Ensure the Last Two Options are checked in the Microsoft Teams Settings.
  
  Can you check with the same settings and in case the settings is unchecked please check the same.
