Can I schedule messages to be sent in teams?

You know how with emails you can schedule when they are sent out?  Can you do that with Teams?

Can you do the same with Microsoft teams?

A lot of times many of my coworker have left early and are off the clock.  I hate messaging them about not urgent stuff on teams when it can be a discussion for tomorrow.   However, I am worried that I will forget if I write the message then an there.  I also don't want to send them an email because its more a minor question.

P.S. I am very new to Microsoft Teams.  I wish there was a training in using Microsoft teams that I could take or some kind of guided module that go through Microsoft Learn.
