Can I hide access to my Email Account when accessing my Teams Drive on a shared computer
Hi,
Am I able to restrict access to my email account whilst still being able to access my Teams Folders and files whilst using a computer thats used on a counter and used by other members of staff, I would still want the other members of staff to be able to view my Teams folders and information but its not appropriate that they could access my emails if they choose to open the Office 365 menu.

Hi MarkQ1067 ,
If you are all logging into the Shared Computer under the same account and then accessing Teams and Email via the web then the you would need to use in private browsing or remember to log out each time you access Office 365. I assume the other users have separate accounts to your account for Teams?
The way this would normally be done (to ensure security and compliance) is to get users to login using their accounts to the Shared Computer.
Just use the Teams desktop client?
- I thought that too at first but if you add a powerapp or flow if could use the local login and bypass security technically. If you add owa website tab it might also just log in. Not 100% on that one thou.
- If it’s just file folders you could just create sharing links and create browser bookmarks for them to access without needing a login.
If they need access to the chats then you would Probabaly be better off setting up a separate browser profile with an outlook.com Microsoft account (free) and inviting it to the Team. Assuming you allow guests in the tenant.
