Can’t join Teams calls via the iOS app - says I’m offline
I am attempting to use the Microsoft Teams app to join teams calls (which works perfectly fine from my desktop), but it always says “looks like you’re offline” or something to that effect any time I try this. Any other interaction with the app works fine - shows that I’m online and I can post, chat, etc. just not join calls. Is there any solution for this?
- It’s because you’re not logged into your Microsoft Teams account.
MatthewCFrancis How to log into Microsoft Teams account on iPhone? I just click the Teams link on calendar and got the same error msg.
- Should work fine. Have you tried logout and in again to clear cache? Try to login on someone elses device / tablet and see if it works there.
