Camera stayed active after leaving a call

CaptainReboot How'd you go with assessing your call logs - if you have an attendance report it should say when the user disconnected. I haven't come across this before but my initial though is that it's user-error.
It may be worth walking through the user's steps to leave the meeting. As a guess, they may be using the 'close (X)' button instead of the Leave button to exit meetings. They may have mis-clicked and hit minimise.
