Camera in Teams

Hello everyone. I had a teams meeting this morning and had to have my camera off. I tried turning it off from my meeting controls bar but the camera wouldn't cut. The camera icon would have a stripe across it but my camera wasn't off. I don't know if this is a Microsoft Teams issue or an issue with my computer camera. Need help
