Calling features

Hey, we are using MS teams for our business phone system.

Does anyone know when/if these features are on the roadmap (a quick look didnt find them)

• Comfort messages when waiting - eg you are number 3 in the queue
• Callback capability - eg please press X if you would prefer a callback instead of waiting

We like using teams but we want to add some features to make things nicer for people on hold
