Call Queues

Hello is it possible when a Call from a call queue Comes in, forward it to another number (for example a habdy number?

  • I'm not entirely sure what you mean here. Do you want every call coming to a given queue to be redirected to said number, or just calls received when no agents are available? Or anything else altogether?
    You should be able to address such scenarios by configuring Call answering and/or Exception handling settings for the call queue.
