Call Analytics - Meeting Report - Status show as Unavailable for some users

Hello Experts,

I am experiencing a weird issue where the Participant name is show Unavailable when trying to check the meeting call quality. It does show the name only when get into Network report.

Can anyone please explain the reason for this behavior?

    hello RNDMaster   Since there has been no response yet from this community, I recommend that you contact Microsoft support or answers.microsoft.com, where support agents are available to help troubleshoot issues until resolution.
