Buzz sound when some users disable their microphone

Hello, since 1 or 2 weeks, some users are complaining about a buzz sound that appear when a meeting participant disable his microphone. The buzz sound disappear when enabling back his microphone.  N...

How are they disabling their microphone. Are they muting in teams are using a button on the mic?

 

If they are using the mic, then turning off many mics can leave an open circuit susceptible to hum.

No They are muting using the teams button on the teams app.
