Build Skype feature "use Outlook subject as chat title" into MS Teams chats
Dear all,
I'm wondering why this really helpful feature from good old Skype chat times didn't make it to the MS Teams chat features:
it was possible to start a chat with another user from within my Outlook email client by clicking on the email sender's name and starting the chat which was opening a Skype chat window with that person, and the email subject line was added as sort of title to that chat.
Am I the only person missing this now that my Outlook is connected to the chat in MS Teams?
Have a wonderful weekend everybody!
G.

Hi gabi2020 There's a Uservoice item on this feature - please vote on it: Chat title from Outlook mail subject – Welcome to UserVoice!
- gabi2020Copper Contributorthanks for that hint, Therese!
Unfortunately, with none of my browsers is it possible to log in, vote, or comment an entry. Not sure if that user voice scenario has already been shut down, do you know by chance?- NicolasJanCopper ContributorI could vote. Usually, you receive an email and then from their you can connect and vote.
