Broken Notification badge

Hi, I have a notification badge for one message that does not clear.

I have tried clearing the cache, restarting the APP, reinstalling the APP, disabling all notifications and clicking on the Chat tab to see if it clears.

 

The notification is also present on teams web

    Hi lucasaliba   Here are two suggestions:

    Reset your Microsoft Teams notifications

    1. Open up Microsoft Teams and navigate to the Settings.
       
    2. Turn off all notifications settings.
    3. Wait for a few minutes -> turn them back on again.

    Use the Alt+Tab method to close the notification

    In the case of some users, pressing the Alt+Tab keys on their keyboard and then clicking the X in the corner of the window managed to close the notification for good.

     

    Please let the community know if either of these suggestions don't do it for you.

      I've tried both suggestions but it did not work 😞

       

      As I understood, the alt+tab idea is to close it using the alt+tab window? That also did not work.
