Breakout Pre-assignment

Hi

 

I am the organiser of my meeting and will be using breakout rooms. I have tried creating and assigning participants prior to the meeting, however, the 'assign participant' option is not active. Is there anything i need to look out for to activate this assign participant option?

    Some in my company are having issues as well with pre-assignment. They are either able to see some but not all attendees, and even if they are assigned earlier, it doesn't work when the meeting begins. It's a disaster.
