Blurry Microsoft Teams Photo Icon

Jeez! Only Microsoft could make the resolution of an icon such a bug-ridden nightmare! Their heroic inattention to detail and lazy lack of concern about ever implementing anything properly is an absolute disaster. Such a simple task of adding an icon to a team is rendered a hornet's nest of frustration, exasperation and, ultimately, grim disappointment.
If Microsoft ever employed any 'Completer-Finisher' personality types, they might have some half decent software — and maybe even be able to give supremely human-centred companies like Apple a run for their money!
Of course, this will never happen, as Microsoft fundamentally does not give a toss about their users or quality itself. What a simply dreadful company, spreading gloom and despair with every desultory product they inflict on the world.
