Blur camera background option changed for the worst

Fennec Why does your list of backgrounds take minutes to display? The only reason I can think is that you have lots of custom images which are far too large, try deleting them from %userprofile%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Teams\Backgrounds
StevenC365 i have no custom image at all.. that directory is empty..
as i said, I’ve cleaned up teams, uninstalled .. manually purged all teams-related directories
reinstalled.. always the same thing..
this wasn’t a big deal when the blur option was separate, but now it is very problematic
i have no idea why they changed this, it was so much better before
