Best way to play videos properly in a Teams Live Event

Hi - I work in Internal Comms and regularly do company meetings. When I play video in Teams Live Event it often stops and starts / doesn't play out properly. The video is embedded in the PowerPoint doc and I've shared the file to present (as opposed to showing my desktop window).

Any ideas? Video playout on Webex seems to be a lot better but most people in my org use Microsoft
