Best way to automatically bring unfinished 1:1 action items into the next meeting?
The most reliable starting point is one shared task list for each recurring one-to-one, rather than asking the next meeting to discover unfinished items scattered across four applications. Create a Loop task-list component in the existing one-to-one Teams chat, give each action an owner and due date, and move the currently open actions into it once. Add a reference to that same list in the meeting series agenda, using View series when editing the recurring meeting. Loop task lists stay synchronized wherever the same component is shared, and their tasks also synchronize with Planner. Both participants can therefore review and complete the same outstanding actions at each meeting without recreating them. Keep dated discussion notes separate from this continuing action list. Microsoft's documentation supports shared tasks and series-wide agenda changes, but does not describe an automatic merge of unfinished OneNote, chat, Loop, and personal tasks into each new agenda.
