Best option for client based in Kuwait
Kuwait isn't listed under service numbers for Teams so we can't offer our client based there a toll-free or even non-toll free local number. Any idea which would be the best country for them to call? I guess this comes down to their own calling plan?

Yes, that depends on what calling plan they have with their provider, they might find one with cheap international rates. It is only a few countries in that region that you can get Teams service numbers for.
