Banner notifications appear too many times
Approvals from flow are creating a number of Banner notifications equal to the number of recipients for each recipient. A standard approval made in the Teams Approvals application will only produce one.
After testing multiple flows that have not changed the issue persists.
There are no loops and only one Approval item is created.
This issue appears to be recent to the last week and appears to only occur from the Start Approval/start and wait for approval actions.
Is this a known issue or can the community provide any insights on the status of the actions/connectors?
