You can fix it by changing the device properties of you headphone. You have to disable "signal improvement". Sorry, i use the german version, so i am not sure if the names are right

My sound of my Teams is very poor. In contrary, my sound with everything else, is working
Mac here, same problem. Sound sampling goes down from 44.1 to 8 Hz as soon as I use Teams with my Bluetooth headphones mic. If I use the headphones as speaker only and another mic (Macbook one or USB one), sound quality does not drop.
Could not find any way to get aound this limitation.
Is it a Bluetooth or a Teams limitation? I seem to experience the same problem with, e.g. meet.jit.si calls.
