Background Effects not loading
So I used to be able to use the Background Effects in Teams (Windows Desktop Application). I had the same background for a while and wanted to change. I click on the button to open the Background Effects and it loads for a good 3-4 minutes. When the page is finally displayed, I can only select "No Effect" or "Blur". All other images are unselectable* and I cannot add a custom image either. I tried clearing the cache or re-installing the app, but I still end up with the same behavior.
* When I click on another image than "Blur" or "No Effect", the selected image has a yellow border but the check is not there and the effect doesn't work either.
