william320 - For reference, we're seeing it regardless of whether or not a person shares their screen. It's not every meeting, but if the meeting goes on long enough it'll start to happen.
gevans26 - Was it Microsoft who indicated that it was an Intel driver issue?
We just updated Teams for AVD, FSLogix and WebRTC on our AVD hosts this week and we're trialing the suggested workstation reg key on a few folks, it'll be a few days before we have results, but crossing fingers.- william320Nov 01, 2023Copper ContributorHi WhiskeyTangoFox,
Are you still seeing this issue with your users - i have updated everything possible and my users are still facing the issue?- m77ewlNov 06, 2023Brass ContributorMake sure the client is the very latest remote desktop client
downloaded from here
https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2139369
as well as the client registry keys.
[HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Terminal Server Client\Default\AddIns\WebRTC Redirector]
"DisableHWDecoder"=dword:00000001
"SettingsEnabled"=dword:00000001
If the above does not work for that specific client update the Intel Graphics driver on the client,
If that does not work
set the following
HKEY_CURRENT_USER \SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Terminal Server Client\IsSwapChainRenderingEnabled to 00000000
as per https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-desktop/whats-new-client-windows#updates-for-version-122851

WhiskeyTangoFox Yes it was Microsoft.
- csongorvargaOct 19, 2023Copper ContributorMy host laptop has an Nvidia graphics card, therefore I am not using an Intel video driver (I assume). I also noticed that if Teams is no running full screen, the issue starts a bit later. But we always share entire screens, therefore I don't think it is related to what is being shared. And the camera screens start to do flicker, or just a few frames go in an infinite loop.
The remote desktop is controller by the organization I work for, therefore I did not update anything myself, only the updates pushed down by the IT department.
