Yes the issue is still occurring its been logged for over 3 months, have had no reposonse from the AVD team at MS . tmbcun
I am not sure if this is related, but I am using a Cloud PC and and the Windows 365 app to access the remote desktop.
Sympthoms are the same:
- Shared screen flickers between a green screen and a frozen charged screen
- Sometimes the video feed of certain user also flickers into green
- Audio not affected
I see no hardware acceleration options in Windows 365, so there is no setting I can change.
