Azure Virtual desktop (AVD) Microsoft Teams flickers green after some time when on meeting
Anyone able to remediate this issue? unfortunately we are still facing this issue for months now.
and updates and other provided tweaks doesnt help. 😕
No updates on our end. Microsoft continues to archive our ticket as well which is pleasant of them. We're continuing to try to fix this ourselves and have planned upgrades of FSLogix, Teams (for AVD) and WebRTC in the next few weeks to see if that'll help.
- after months of escalations, we now have a reply from MS they have asked us to update WEBRTC to version 1.43.2306.30001, will let you know if it does anything different.

already tried to update both FSlogix and WebRTC to the up to date version. but still having the same problem. "Microsoft Teams flickers green after some time when on meeting"
and forgot to mention, also tried to update the teams version.
*also tried to change the install method from Teamsmachinewide to regular Teams.exe installed. but still the same 😕
Yes the issue is still occurring its been logged for over 3 months, have had no reposonse from the AVD team at MS . tmbcun
- I am not sure if this is related, but I am using a Cloud PC and and the Windows 365 app to access the remote desktop.
Sympthoms are the same:
- Shared screen flickers between a green screen and a frozen charged screen
- Sometimes the video feed of certain user also flickers into green
- Audio not affected
I see no hardware acceleration options in Windows 365, so there is no setting I can change.
