Have you created a form in Microsoft Forms and want to notify people when something’s done!
In any case it sounds like you have to use Power Automate to create this flow. You can access that as an app in Teams or directly via portal.office.com

- I Created The Microsoft Teams Project On .Net Core and Created the APi's for the Form Submission but i don't know how notify employee's manager via email and notification i have to do with code not with the other app
