Auto-refresh for Status Boards

Hi! Currently we are using "The Box" for  shared documents and it holds an excel file that we use as a status board. That status board is directed to screens in our department.  There is a separate department (Communication Center) that will update that excel document and when they do it automatically changes our status boards. We want to move this to a Teams Channel. The issue is finding a way for all screens the document is pulled up on to refresh without manually refreshing. Anyone have any thoughts? Thank you so much.
