Auto Attendant name Pronunciation
Is there a way to have to have the user record names for the dial by name feature? The system test to speech butcher certain names.

Currently there is no way to correct the play back of the user name when a caller ask for an individual as this is pronounced by artificial intelligence.
Is there anyway to correct the play back of the user name when a caller ask for an individual? The computer mis pronounce the name.

Currently there is no way to correct the play back of the user name when a caller ask for an individual as this is pronounced by artificial intelligence.
A simple solution is to have a typed in "pronounce name" field for the dial by name list. Then the AI can use that data element to pronounce the name correctly. I hope Microsoft will consider adding that feature.
