Auto attendant and call queue voice mail greeting update
Is there a way to allow a call queue agent to upload and update voice mail greeting audio file?
Hey AmnardC ,
A regular enterprise voice user can either record a greeting via Teams client or he can use text to speech conversion from within teams client. I dont believe there is an option to upload a greeting available yet, for a user.
