Attendee reports for live events
According to this attendee reports can be downloaded by the producers. However they can also be downloaded by the presenters. We don't want external presenters to be able to to download the attendee list. You can delete the attendee report, however a presenter can restore this within 7 days. Is it possible to permanently delete the attendee report?
Erik Schellekens I have encountered a similar issue but with recordings and external presenters. Where events may contain sensitive data I have created internal accounts and we change the password immediately after the events.
