gbamp Been struggling with this as well but found the solution.
Go into Settings/Notifications/Teams/Incoming Calls
Select Incoming Calls ( Didn't realize there was a deeper menu)
Change to have Alert versus Silent. (Mine was set to Silent but I could still hear the call)
You can also choose to "Show As Pop Up"
With those changes, a pop up will appear that you can answer.

danhido Yeah been hard work to find the answer and Microsoft don't want to own the issue instead want to blame something else.

I have Android 13 and I have the same issue
- NiklasJenslovAug 13, 2024Brass ContributorHello!
Has anyone ever found a permanent solution to this issue?
We are rolling out thousands of dedicated shared devices with Azure AD managed via Intune and have the exact same issue... still. - elliottchandlerSep 26, 2023Brass ContributorWe have almost identical issue. Incoming call does not produce the notification, the call either goes to voicemail or the caller hangs up. The Teams App then pops up a Missed Call Notification.
This is random on Android and iOS. We opened a case with Microsoft and they have said it is a global issue and a potential fix is coming to Android at the end of September! Holding my breath!
