All your Teams accounts, all in one place - not working

I am logged in to the company's Teams, I tried to add another Teams work account, it fails with the message:
"You don't have the required permissions to access this org
Talk to your IT admin for more info or switch to another account."

I thought we can add other Teams accounts.
