- Hello, when you send the update Outlook asks you to choose whether to send the update to everybody or only to those affected by the change. If you send the update only to added or deleted attendees other people aren’t notified about the updated information. You can also choose to forward the meeting object from Outlook to that specific person only as an additional alternative.

danke für deine Antwort. Wenn ich in Outlook einen Teilnehmer hinzufüge und dann auf die Schaltfläche Update senden klicke, werden doch aber auch wieder alle Teilnehmer benachrichtigt, oder?
Wie würde der Workaround in Outlook aussehen?
