I've just reproduced what happened to you

I tested removing licenses to a test user and logged in, the teams exploratory license was activated automatically, BUT if it is later disabled I receive the same message as you, what is the Teams license assigned to the user?

Merci pour votre réponse. Nous avons la version gratuite de Teams donc pas de licence payante...

  Hello Juliette, I am not so familiar with that version, do you have a way to check if the user has a license assigned as the others? (I think it's called Microsoft Teams "Free" license from what i could see here https://o365blog.com/post/teams-free/)
