Hi.. We are encountering the same issue. The black screen for us occurs when laptop is connected to the HDMI ingest at the TAP. When we go to more (3 dots) we can select "Stop Sharing" and the Teams splash screens comes back. Will be opening up case with Logitech tomorrow.
