Admin programmed Teams speed dial
- Jul 19, 2020
sparker100 You cannot add a contact to all users contact list in the phones but you could learn them what number to call. With Dialing Plans settings in Teams you can setup extension calling so that you can learn them to dial 1234 to get to the site security office. With the Normalization Rules in your Dial Plan you can change so if a user dials 1234 it will instead dial +15551234 that is the number to your site security office.

this is a great post AlexanderHolmeset , I think this could definitely work in certain contexts but I believe there are still limitations given it requires the enduser creds.
Seems there's no central way to do this as a signed-in Teams Admin. (Sort of how teams admins today can apply configuration profiles across devices) - rmanthe9Dec 15, 2022Copper Contributor
AlexanderHolmesetThis is a solution for new user sin the org. What about current users and for a migration to Teams phone?
