HelloGMS_IT_Admin  I did a search on this community's site for "account already set up" and found several past posts with replies that may satisfy your issue.  https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/forums/searchpage/tab/message?advanced=false&allow_punctuation=false&filter=location&location=forum-board:MicrosoftTeams&q=account%20already%20set%20up
