Adding Calendar Pro App to Tab

I'm trying to add the Calendar Pro app to my Teams channel.  The channel is private.  I click on the plus sign to add the Calendar Pro app and get the following message.  "We couldn't save your tab settings. Please try again."  This seems like the simplest thing to do and it's not working.  What do I have to do in order to get this app on my tab.
