Adding a shortcut link saying “Call me in Teams” in my outlook signature

I'm adding a shortcut link saying “Call me in Teams” in my outlook signature which is working fine using desktop pc . But not using my mobile device.

Is there any way to work using the mobile device ? please advise

Ex: shortcut link im using in signature - callto:mailto:jdoe@contoso.com
