Add resource to assignment

When I try to add resources to my class assignments the system freezes.  How do I fix the problem.  I am able to complete all other information boxes.  The "add resource" symbol will allow me to go to the next step, however after uploading my materials the system freezes and will not allow me to complete the assignments for my students.

How do I correct this issue?
