Add channel to a meeting series
We'd prefer to have the meetings be part of a channel, so that the recordings and interaction are stored in the channel. However, what is the best practice to make sure attendees are aware of the meeting?
Does it send an Outlook calendar invite? If it is a recurring meeting, and the meeting time changes, can it update the Outlook calendar? It isn't clear how to invite all channel members without individually selecting each person.
There is a link for the channel which can be copied to the meeting request. The meeting request with this additional participant can be updated. This meeting will now show up in the channel.
ashvinsrinivas - Would you please provide the specific instructions for your comment. Exactly where do you paste/attach the Channel link?
I've found how to create the series from inside the channel, but not how to link an existing series to an existing Channel.
