How do I configure not to accept guests in meetings and start a conversation?

- If by guests you mean people outside the org? In that case it’s the org-wide setting if not allowing anonymous users to join meetings! If not there’s only the lobby setting you can configure either in the meeting policy and/or in the meeting itself
