Form\Survey not coming to me (the creator), can it?

I created a survey for my department and sent it as an invitation using our Outlook email group for our department.   Everyone got it, except me. 

I even went in and told it to collect more responses and invited me specifically.  Still didn't get.

Can it not send a survey to the creator?
