Where to set conditions for icon sets in Excel Online (Conditional Formatting)
I can select icon sets to apply as conditional formatting to a cell. But where on earth does one enter the conditions for the icon set to function in Excel online?
What I am able to edit the rule as in this image - I can view the rule and when clicking edit this is all that appears. Where does the condition go?
Is this a result of the free online version (license limitation) or am I just not seeing it?

This site clarified the issue for me: https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-learn/where-to-set-conditions-for-icon-sets-in-excel-online/m-p/3599334
Basically, you have to assign the icon set to a range of cells. Then, it will present an icon in each cell relative to the values of other cells. If you have 3 cells with values, 1, 5, and 10 respectively, it will mark the 1 with a red X, 5 with a yellow !, and 10 with a green ✓ checkmark.
