- Hi. My name is Jesse D. LaDay. I am an undergraduate at Eastern Gateway Community College. Im pursuing Business Management/I.T Help Desk focus Associate Degree. Im trying to learn all I can about I.T. Please feel free to take me step by step, which will add to the information that I'm learning in school. Also, I wish to earn a position at the City of Houston where I work, where I can get promoted to the I.T field
