No access to MCT forum

Hello. I have asked for help with the issue stated in title on trainingsupport.microsoft.com here as a tag-on:

and still received no reply from any M$ staff since the May 3rd, 2 days ago for the tag-on post, and not since yesterday for my own post. 

Could I have access to the MCT lounge please? I'm happy to verify my transcripts/identity as required.
